Dr. Craig Sclar practices office-based non-invasive and invasive cardiology. Board-certified in Cardiac Disease and Internal Medicine, he has practiced in San Diego for over 20 years. His practice accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi*, CMS*, cash patients, and most non-HMO* insurances. Our desire is to offer our patients comfortable and convenient access to cardiac care.

Dr. Sclar graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, Mexico in 1978. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Services, Elmhurst City Hospital, New York, in 1982. He also completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Rutgers University Medical School, New Jersey, in 1984. Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Dr. Craig M. Sclar has been providing invasive and non-invasive cardiology care to San Diego for over 20 years. Dr. Sclar is on staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital, La Jolla, and Sharp Memorial Hospital, San Diego.
